For this reason, they went to the source of the cocoa, in the north of Brazil, in the state of <em>Bahia<\/em>, to cultivate the best cocoa to make chocolate in France.<\/p>\n<p>The laboratory is currently located on the Finist\u00e8re coast, and has not stopped developing since its creation in 2012. Driven by the know-how and the requirement of local craftsmen and concerned about creating the best alloys, the most fragrant chocolates, the smoothest ganaches or the most subtle pralines, La Chocolaterie masters today to perfection the making of these little treats.
