The creator of exceptional chocolates
In the little blue box, in the heart of the chocolate, hides the dream and the passion of two cocoa lovers, Christelle & Olivier Bordais. For this reason, they went to the source of the cocoa, in the north of Brazil, in the state of Bahia, to cultivate the best cocoa to make chocolate in France.
The laboratory is currently located on the Finistère coast, and has not stopped developing since its creation in 2012. Driven by the know-how and the requirement of local craftsmen and concerned about creating the best alloys, the most fragrant chocolates, the smoothest ganaches or the most subtle pralines, La Chocolaterie masters today to perfection the making of these little treats. This has earned it the International Chocolate Awards.
